I have been a part of the Titan team since February 17th, 2020. Originally from Yogyakarta, I chose to work at the Titan site in Muara Enim, South Sumatra due to my previous work experience in the area, the supportive community, and the opportunity to learn and grow within the industry. The roster system and employee leave management have also been helpful in managing site work. Being a part of such a large corporation has given me a wealth of knowledge, but what I value most is the sense of motivation and togetherness that encourages us to tackle problems collaboratively.
