Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and developing Employee
- Responsible for employee recruitment process
- Responsible for the implementation and analysis of coaching/counseling/mentoring
- Evaluate and develop HR management strategies and performance in implementing these strategies
- Responsible for handling Industrial Relations problems and disputes
- Maintain a harmonious relationship with the community / surrounding organizations / external parties
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor degree in any major
- Previous experiences in mining companies
- Minimum 5 years in same position
- Experience in industrial relations, employee relations and HR administration
- Having strong leadership skill, analytical and problem solving skill
- Good communication skill
- Willing to work in Jobsite area Muara Enim, PALI – Sumsel
