Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and developing Employee
  • Responsible for employee recruitment process
  • Responsible for the implementation and analysis of coaching/counseling/mentoring
  • Evaluate and develop HR management strategies and performance in implementing these strategies
  • Responsible for handling Industrial Relations problems and disputes
  • Maintain a harmonious relationship with the community / surrounding organizations / external parties

Qualifications:

  • Min. Bachelor degree in any major
  • Previous experiences in mining companies
  • Minimum 5 years in same position
  • Experience in industrial relations, employee relations and HR administration
  • Having strong leadership skill, analytical and problem solving skill
  • Good communication skill
  • Willing to work in Jobsite area Muara Enim, PALI – Sumsel
